Processing Time: All orders are prepared, quality-checked, and packaged within 4 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the order is placed.
Dispatch: Once processed, your order is handed over to our shipping partners.

Total Delivery Time: Please allow the processing time plus the transit time for the total delivery estimate.

Delivery Time: International transit typically takes 10 to 20 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.
Customs and Duties: The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country upon delivery. We cannot pre-calculate or pay these fees.

Tracking Number: A tracking number will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.
Tracking Status: Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information on their website.
Mail Notification : You will be shared a tracking link on the mail provided.

Rang Paridhaan is dedicated to secure packaging, but we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately contact the courier and then notify our customer care team at orders@rangparidhaan.com so we can assist you with filing a claim.
