Refund policy

1. 📋 Return Eligibility

  • No Return & Refund - Only Exchange - There is no RETURN on items purchased, however EXCHANGE is allowed in case of SIZE issues , subject to availability of the size being exchanged for. Incase there no availability of the size being requested in exchange, there is no refund. Customers are requested to refer to the size chart before placing order. 
  • Exchange with different product - Customers are allowed to Exchange on size issues with the same product different size Or a Different product of same / higher price ONLY.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging still attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items bought in SALE are not eligible for RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

2. 🗓️ How to Start a Exchange

  • Time Limit: You must initiate a Exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Process: Contact our customer care team at Orders@rangparidhaan.com with your Order Number and the items you wish to return. We will guide you on sending the product back to our warehouse.

  • Shipping Cost: Customer pays for return shipping.
